Junior Club - Beginners

Wrexham Fencing Club warmly welcomes youngsters to join the Junior Club as a Beginner and will guild the new fencer through training and integration into the club to enjoy the experience of fencing. Juniors are put through courses of exams as soon as they are able to, in order to measure their achievements

The Junior Club – 6:00pm until 7:30pm
For ages between 8 and 13 years old.

Suitable for The beginners is targeted to girls and boys between 8 and 13years of age who have no previous experience of fencing.
Objectives To teach the fundamentals of fencing; attack, defence, safety. To introduce fencers to competitive fencing.
Equipment All fencing equipment will be provided for hire (for a small fee against equipment up keep). All you need to bring are gym shoes or trainers (no black soles please) and wear loose clothing with strong trousers (no shorts) and perhaps a drink.
