For our own Open, the competing members results were as follows:

This year saw a larger entry into 'The Open' then last year which is a good step forward. Congratulations to the first time entrants Jack, Owen, Daniel and George with many congratulations to George Morris who achieved an outstanding 8th place in the Mens Epee. Congratulations also go to Kristofers Scipanovs who also achieved 8th place in the mens foil.

British Youth Championships - 5th/7th May 2013

A larger number number of Wrexham's junior fencers took part in the Nation British Youth Championships this year as a result of qualifying from the Welsh Youth Championships. Their results were as follows:

Congratulations to all for their outstanding results with particular note of top 16 places for Stephanie Phennah (Girls U12's Sabre); Cai Hughes (Boys U12's Sabre); William Sumner (Boys U18's Sabre) and George Morris (Boys U14's Epee) whose 7th place is the pick of the results. These are all outstanding results in a National competition.

As with previous years a good number of Wrexham's registered Junior Fencers took part in the Welsh qualifiers for the Nation British Youth Championships. Their outstanding results were as follows:

British Youth Championships, Welsh Qualifiers - 26th/27th February 2011

A good number of Wrexham's Junior Fencers took part in the Welsh qualifiers for the Nation British Youth Championships. Their outstanding results were as follows:

Congratulations to all fencers for their qualification to the British Youth Championships especially to pre-qualifiers Stephanie Collister and George Dolan; to First place winners Olwen Marshall and Josh Evans; and a special note to George Morris for his double first in Boys U12 Epee and Foil. These are outstanding results and we wish all well for the British Youth Championships.
